Safety comes first.
As a charter broker, we do not operate aircraft ourselves. Selecting the right operator is therefore the most important thing we do for you.
Certified operators only
Every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 air carrier, or the equivalent certified operator abroad. That's the commercial charter standard, with stricter rules on pilot training, maintenance and crew rest than private flying.
Independent safety ratings
Before we book an operator, we check its rating with independent safety auditors such as ARGUS and Wyvern. If an operator doesn't meet the standard, we don't use them, however good the price.
Checked for your trip
For each flight we confirm the aircraft, the crew and the operator's insurance, and you'll know exactly who is flying you before you pay.

If plans are disrupted
A second aircraft option is always in place in case of a mechanical problem, so your plans are not compromised. Decisions on weather remain with the operator and crew, and safety always comes first.
