When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, travel details and any preferences you share. Our website host may also record basic technical information, such as your browser type and IP address.
We use your information to answer you, prepare quotes, arrange your flights and related services, and keep your preferences for future trips. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
To arrange a trip, we share only what's needed with the aircraft operator and with providers you ask us to book, such as drivers, caterers or hotels. We may also share information where the law requires it, for example with airport or customs authorities.
We keep your information for as long as you're a client, and as long as we need to for legal and accounting reasons.
